This book gives readers the resilience to deal with the obstacle’s life throws at us. It contains tips for finding purpose and visualising an outcome, to breaking bad habits and establishing positive new routines.

What is resilience?

Mental health charity Mind tells us that resilience is not just your ability to bounce back, but also your capacity to adapt in the face of challenging circumstances, whilst maintaining a stable mental wellbeing. Resilience isn’t a personality trait – it’s something that we can all take steps to achieve.
